✓ Each Expo Booth includes the space for either one or two 6-foot table(s) and chairs. Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, and any additional items needed for their display - including tablecloths, promotional materials, and décor.
✓ Roll-up banners and backdrops are welcome and must be placed directly behind your assigned booth area. To ensure a comfortable experience for all participants and guests, displays must remain within the designated 6-foot booth space. Side displays are not permitted.
✓ Please note that electricity will not be available for vendor booths.
✓ Booth spaces are reserved for one business only; table sharing is not permitted. All booth and sponsorship fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
