✓ Each Expo Booth includes the space for either one or two 6-foot table(s) and chairs. Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, and any additional items needed for their display - including tablecloths, promotional materials, and décor.
✓ Roll-up banners and backdrops are welcome and must be placed directly behind your assigned booth area. To ensure a comfortable experience for all participants and guests, displays must remain within the designated 6-foot booth space. Side displays are not permitted.
✓ Please note that electricity will not be available for vendor booths.
✓ Booth spaces are reserved for one business only; table sharing is not permitted. All booth and sponsorship fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

Due to Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) policy, vendors are not permitted to sell products or services during the event.
But don't worry - you can still make the most of your vendor space! This is your opportunity to introduce your business, educate attendees, create meaningful connections, and generate leads.
The goal is exposure, connection, and building relationships that continue long after the Expo!
